Description:
This is a very nice Third Model 1873 Winchester Saddle Ring Carbine, 44-40 caliber. It is serial number 416091 and was made in 1892. It retains 70% original blue finish and has very good mechanical function, nice and tight action. The bore is very good, bright and shinny with strong rifling and only a tiny amount of frosting. The wood is very good with a few dings and dents and it even has the original, three section-cleaning rod in the butt compartment. The brass cartridge lifter is engraved with the name George Mc Fadden on it I would consider trades for pre 1899 ANTIQUE PISTOLS and rifles on any of my items.. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO TRADE?
