Description:
S# 49071, 44 cal, 26 inch barrel, antique very good bore with strong rifling and scattered areas of light erosion. This 1890 built rifle remains in good condition with metal surfaces showing traces of blue in protected areas under a brown patina. Wood is sound and shows a few scattered dings and marks. Some extra oil was wiped on long ago. This is rather thick in the checkering on side handle. Action works smoothly and rifle shoots well. Antique
