Description:
Serial #552v, 7.65mm Para. (.30 Luger), 4 5/8” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a handsome, Cross in Sunburst marked, DWM-made pistol that has all matching numbers and retains 97-98% of the original blued finish with some mild silvering and light fading at the muzzle and along the projecting edges (most noticeably on the sideplate). The trigger, take-down lever, safety, magazine release, and ejector retain most of the original straw color with some hints of purplish blue here and there. The polished area under the safety lever is still bright and the original vivid fire blue remains on the sear spring. The checkered walnut grips are in fine-excellent condition with some light flattening of the points on both panels, and a single high quality repair on the top rear of the left panel. The pistol comes with a single, non-original wood-base magazine and rates excellent condition overall. This is a great Swiss military Luger that would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
