ARMY & NAVY C.S.L. 12GA SIDELOCK EJECTOR. This beautiful gun built circa 1904 weights 6 lbs. 7.1 oz The action is beautifully engrave with approximately 70% coverageof tight scroll. The fences are beautifully carved in a style similarto William evans. The side locks have traces of case colors,the rest of the metal is a nice silver patina. The london proofed 27 3/4" barrels are of fine damascus and are choked cyl/cyl. There is some light pitting in the bore of both barrels. Straight Hand stock stock of nicely figured English walnut with a LOP of 14 5/8" to checkered butt with DAH 2 3/4" and DAC of 1 3/4" The gun has nice triggers and a hidden third fastener. This gun was made for W.J. Lockett, Captain 1st Dragoon Guards,after he returned from the South African wars. need more information please call our office 716-941-3946
