This is far better than an average condition 1909, army, Bore is like new,gun is RAC inspected , Grips also marked RAC, bottom of butt "US ARMY Model of 1909"no cracks, Nitre Blue on hammer & Trigger is still there, about 70%, Screws are nitre blue also and look untouched.Grips are Numbered to gun inside.
Serial number is 39XXX around 1910 or so!! This comes with a holster that is marked "1917 AG" good condition no tears bottom is solid with lanyard ring, and marked with big US, initials EH scratched on inside of Flap with other latters I cannot read in pencil. This could turn out to have some interesting history to it.
