Description:
#4920 Winchester 1886 OBFMCB 40/65WCF, 93XXX (1895 mfgr), G-VG bore, being somewhat worn and having some light to moderate scale in the grooves; about a 6/6+ on a scale of 10 and smooth tight action. It still looks good enough to toss a slug with some modicum of accuracy. The exterior is smooth crisp edged grayish brown with some traces of thin blue and ALMOST some faded case color dimly evident on the receiver. Wood is about Fine, with very light wear and just minor bumps/bruises, standard open sights, and fine markings. The 40/65WCF is a shorter range version of the 40/82WCF with very close ballistics at short ranges (75-150 yards), plus it is FAR less recoil and a comfortable cartridge to shoot. About VG+ as described. $2475
