Weight is 11 pounds 12 ounces and barrels weigh 6 pounds 7 ounces. Very good bores with strong rifling and no pitting in the bores, small amount of pitting in chambers. Made for H J A Hervey, son of Lord Alfred Hervey and killed in Matebele Land in the Matoppo Hills 8/6/1896. A  book was written on the life of H J A Hervey and is still available. Engraving and checkering very crisp. Engraving about 90% coverage.
