Description:

L.C. Smith Ideal 16 Gauge shotgun. “F” quality 16 gauge with 2½” chambers, made approximately 1917. Serial # 172816. 28” barrels marked “Royal Steel”. Left barrel bore is excellent. Right barrel bore has a bit of light pitting just in front of the forcing cone. (Could be honed out with a good gun smith). Barrels have very good plus blue. Receiver has 60-70% case colors. Very good overall condition.
