Serial number is uncertain as the number 1215 is in 3 places, No 7938 is stamped large on the side of the frame, the number 7184 is on the cylinder and 2215 is on the loading gate. Condition is very nice, possibly unfired, and beginning to patina. I think the proof marks are Belgium but I'm not sure. I don't know anything about these type of revolvers. I guess it's a knockoff of a Russian Nagant. The best I can come up with is I found the same gun on for $899 with free shipping. He listed his caliber as 7.5X55 Schmitt Rubin. Mine is $399 and in better condition and I'll throw in the shipping too.
