SCOPED M 1 GARAND FOR SALE
M1 Garand serial # 1148265 Springfield Armory.30-06 rifle, CMP Service Grade. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity and Armorers Tag. The rifle is fitted with a Leupold Scout Scope 2.5 X IER mounted on an Amega Garand Scout Mount which enables fitting a long eye relief scope just forward of the action. Also has quick detachable scope rings, Butler flip open scope covers, Black Hawk tactical cheek pad, leather/brass mounted sling and has a National Match rear sight with a slighter larger aperture. The National Match front aperture sight has been removed because it interferes somewhat with the low mounted scope’s view. It will be supplied with the rifle or can be refitted if desired. The rifle comes with ten 8 round clips (empty).
The rifle shoots very tight groups with the correct ammo (Lake City Armory) or your own reloads. I use a 168gr SPBT pushed by 45 Grs of IMR 4895.
