Description:
Here is a Colt SAA that has not been messed with. It is a 7.5 inch 45 sent to Schuyler, Hartley and Graham in May of 1878. The letter states it was a blued gun but it shows the characteristics of factory nickel. Blued screws trigger and hammer. If it was a Hartley and Graham nickel, all parts would have been nickeled. original varnish on the grips and about 80% nickel left on the gun. Nice early 45.
