.22 short rf, 24 inch octagon barrel, original sights, original hard rubber butt plate, letters to Simmons Hardware, St Louis, MO, 1903.
Bore is worn with scattered black powder oxidation, barrel retains 95%+ original lustrous blue, receiver retains 90%+, blue missing on edges and where carried, wood is excellent with minor dings, strong markings, superior to the majority of .22 Lightnings we see.
