Description:
Serial #P7036, 8mm Mauser, 29” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is an import marked rifle but retains 97-98% of an armory re-applied blue finish that has silvered very slightly at the muzzle as well as along the exposed edges of the triggerguard and receiver. The matching numbered bolt is finished armory bright and has some spots of mild freckling, mostly confined to the bolt knob. The handguard and matching numbered stock have been arsenal refinished to fine condition with an added varnish finish over scattered minor handling marks and surface bruises, and the Farsi markings are still legible. This is a nice example of a high quality, European-made contract Mauser that is refurbished to very good-near fine condition, and would make great addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
