Description:
Serial #80491, .32 S&W, 3” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a handsome little revolver that retains 97-98% of the original blue finish with only some very mild silvering at the muzzle and a few of the high edges. Additionally, there is a light turn-ring on the cylinder, and the hammer and trigger have some original color case-hardening remaining. The checkered hard rubber grips are likewise in excellent condition with only traces of wear and very little flattening of the points. The lock-up is solid and the mechanism functions flawlessly. The revolver is housed in a period dark brown Iver Johnson box with intact paper end label marked “Rimfire”. The box is in very good shape with some light edge and corner damage, and the lid is detached. This is a very nice little Iver Johnson in the rarer blued finish, and rates fine condition overall.
