CONDITION: The metal is smoothe and retains an even, dark patina throughout.Traces of original blue visible on protected areas of the frame, loading lever and lug. Wood grips are unmarred, in very fine to excellent condition. Grips are stamped on the inside with "I>A> HORNER" and with "BAGUET". Inspectors initial "M" found on shot barrel.
Mechanical condition is sound and in excellent working order. All 10 precussion niples are perfect and the bore is fine with sharp rifleing. Overall condition is "very good" to "fine" by Flaydermans standards.
