1846 dated springfield musket, it has a nice attic patina. The barrel was cut down back in the day and has old markings on the butt plate which would make a great conversation piece. Either way I'm selling this at a cheap price due to the barrel being cut down. Great musket for the beginner in Civil War collecting.
