GEORGE III SMALL FLINTLOCK BOXLOCK POCKET PISTOL BY STYAN CA. 1790. Excellent quality and condition by Thomas Styan of Manchester. Only 5” overall with 1 ¾” round, turnoff .38 cal. barrel. Engraved Stands of Flags and lock signed “STYAN” and “MANCHESTER”. Walnut stock and silver escutcheon. Near mint with nearly all the blue on the barrel and most of the grey case hardening. Superb example and 100% original in every respect.
