Here is a really hard to find with condition - very cool Marlin prize for you Marlin antique Shotgun Collectors. This a scarce factory engraved Marlin Model 16 - a 16 gauge pump takedown shotgun with pistol grip exposed hammer nice fancy wood and nice 'C' grade factory engraving. It is about 80% over all bright blue finish and very very clean. Left side shows some moderate freckling but no brown - no pits - or even plum. A takedown Winchester factory engraved shotgun in this condition would be in the thousands. This is a well over 100 year old American made antique factory engraved classic for the price of a plain high condition Browning Sweet Sixteen..
