Description:
This is a falling block type single shot rifle, I believe its possibly 44 rimfire. It has a 28" octagonal barrel, stock has 3" crack- looks like shrinkage on either side of brass butt. Action is tight and crisp, seems to work and lock up just fine. Not loose or sloppy. Ejector and knob are original. Bore is strong with light frosting and a little dirt- but nice clear rifling. Old frosty pitting on metal of receiver but overall very good condition Has filled slot under barrel and oval filler plate on buttstock- both probably to accept swivels.
