Custom Rifles Classic Model, in .416 Remington Magnum, Built on a Winchester Model 70 action blue printed and trued, 23 1/2" Barrel with Muzzle Brake, Gorgeous walnut stock with 13 3/4" LOP, Checkered Pistol Grip and Forend, Classic Orange Recoil Pad, Checkered Metal Pistol Grip Cap and Bolt Handle. Jeweled Bolt, "416 REM. MAG." engraved on Hinged Floor Plate, Magazine Follower engraved “4 CARTRIDGES”, Inletted Swivel Studs, Great Metal to Wood Fit, Light Crisp Trigger, Swarovski 2.5-10X42 Habicht Scope mounted in Custom David Miller Signature Rings and Base. Total weight is 10lbs 4 oz. Gun is absolutely perfect. This gun was built in 1991-1992 and if built new today wait time would be 2 1/2-3 years and would cost over $60,000. In “Mastery of Wood & Metal”, author Tom Turpin points out that David Miller Co. rifles are working rifles, made to hunt. Miller calls them "functional art" which is a perfect description.
