- Note: This gold plated, cased Colt Frontier Scout was presented in an issue of 5,000 pieces in 1969 to commemorate the settling of California begun in 1769. Gun is in near mint ocndition with the exception of some very light scuff marks on the left side of the barrel towards the muzzle. There is a very faint scratch between a few cylinder notches. Otherwise, the gun is excellent, no rust or corosion present. The gun is fitted with factory goncolo alves grips with gold Colt emblems. The interior of the presentation case shows minor scuffing on the inside lip of the lid. The gold plated California medallion is present. The outside of the case shows some minor scuff marks.
