Description:
A good looking big bore special order gun with button mag and shotgun butt. Receiver has nice smooth metal that has aged to a medium brown color. Bbl has most blue remaining and is also starting to age. There is a couple of proof marks. A lot of these big cal Winchesters went overseas. Bbl has 3-leaf rear sight and standard post front sight. Something terrific about this gun is the bore which is near excellent. It would be hard to find a better bore in an 86! Wood is in overall good cond. A couple of slivers missing in the corners. No cracks. Good solid wood. It has had a coat of varnish added years ago which is starting to wear and age back. This would be a good collectable or a vintage hunting rifle.
