This is a very nice Thompson Center Contender break-action in .44 Rem Magnum that includes an extra barrel set chambered in .22LR ! Barrel lengths for both sets are 10"; the .44 barrel is round and the .22 barrel is octagonal; adjustable rear sights on both barrels. Both sides of the receiver are engraved, depicting a mountain lion crouching on a rock outcropping. The grips are wood with a right-side thumb ledge for a steady hold.Condition: metal is very good overall, with some light freckling on the left receiver; a few light scratches, a small wear mark at muzzle on .44 barrel; no muzzle bluing loss on .22LR barrel; the metal grip buttplate shows some light rust pitting; wood is excellent, no scratches, chips or dents; checkering is sharp
