Description:
Shooter grade 5-screw S&W 357 Magnum, pre-Model 27. The mid 1950's vintage 6-shot revolver is fitted with a 6 inch barrel, standard trigger and hammer, patridge front sight, and an adjustable rear sight. The original checkered diamond grips have been replaced with late 1970's vintage S&W target grips. The bore is bright, with sharp rifling, and the action functions smoothly. It retains about 90-92% of its original blue finish, with thinning, due to holster wear, and some assorted handling marks. The gun is all numbers matching, except the grips.
