Here's another beautiful Pre War Winchester 70 .30 GOV'T '06 ( 30-06) mfg. in 1941! Serial# 35xxx with matching bolt. UNDRILLED rear receiver bridge. All original finishes. All original components. 98% Blue on barrel and receiver, more wear showing in the typical areas of bottom metal, butt plate, bolt handle. 96-97% Wood with light marks but nothing significant and no cracks. No glass bedding or routing of barrel channel. 24" rust blued barrel with excellent bore. Mechanical function is superb. An impressive and unmolested example of this scarce era rifle that would be worthy of most any collection.
