- Note: This is a fine example of the early Single Six model made between 1953 and 1957. The original factory grips have been replaced at some point with the simulated stag grips made by Franzite during this period. The gun is mechanically crisp. The bore is bright with sharp lands and grooves. The only apologies on this gun are the wear points at the muzzle, side rod ejector housing, the leading edges of the cylinder flutes, and a rub mark on the left frame swell. The backstrap and trigger guard assembly show only minor wear. A great shooter with collecting overtones!
