Lock plate stamped “1867/BIRMINGHAM” and “QUEEN VICTORIA CROWN CYPHER/E.I.G.”. Brass mounts. Missing the ramrod assembly and old repair at wrist but very colorful return from Afganistan. Otherwise has original blue on the barrel and lock is in good working order. Markings are quite crisp. Even has a good bore. Dates to the period of the Second Afghan War.
