Description:
This is a pre-owned Smith & Wesson 500 in .500 Smith & Wesson Magnum with an 8 3/8” compensated barrel. In 2003 the gunsmiths and engineers at Smith & Wesson wanted to deliver maximum power for serious handgun hunters. The power they sought required an entirely new frame, the massive "X-Frame," and was the basis for the new Model S&W500, the most powerful production revolver in the world. This revolver features a 5 shot cylinder, an 8 3/8” ported barrel with full shroud, Sorbathane Hogue wraparound rubber finger groove grips, and a micrometer click adjustable rear sight. This revolver is in excellent condition with just some very light scratches and a very faint turn ring on the cylinder.
