Payment Types Accepted: Money Order / Check Description: Parker Bros. Single Barrel Trap Grade 4 (C). Serial number is 208748. Made in 1924. 12g. and chambered for 2-3/4" shells. 32" Acme Steel vent rib barrel. Choked .047" constriction which is a very tight XF for breaking those long range birds. The Length of pull over the pad is 13-5/8" and the stock drops are 1-3/8" and 2". This SC trap is in very good condition with a perfect bore. The barrel blue has some wear in a few spots. There is two spots of very light freckling on the left side of the barrel near the front. And some very light freckling on the side of the rib. The frame has great engraving/stippling and the sides/top of the frame retain most of the original case color though it has hard to see on the sides with the stippling in the metal. Most the color is worn off the bottom front, with a lot remaining around the trigger. The Stock wood is very nice and finish with checkering is very good. There is an olt stock repair behind the frame on the top right. It looks like a piece may have broke out and was put right back in. You can see a line but finish is smooth over it and there is no movement. The forend has smal hairline cracks where the forend iron screws go in on the sides. This is very common. The forend is the long and wider trap style with drawbolt in the front. The stock is short as with most of these guns. A 1" Silvers style pad has been installed with an addtional 1/4" spacer to bring the LOP out to a shootable length. Finding these guns without altered stocks is very hard and this one is lucky to have not had too much done to it light comb adjustments and such. The gun operates 100% and ejector is strong. It shoots well. This gun can ship to 01 or 03 FFL. Shipping cost of $50 - Insured. Contact me for more details or photos. SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
