Description:
Serial #375340, 6.5mm Swedish, 29 1/2” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1916 dated, Carl Gustafs-made rifle that retains 95-97% of the original blue finish on the metal with only some mild fading along the exposed edges as well as on the muzzle and triggerguard/floorplate assembly. The numbers are all matching, and the bolt has a brilliant armory bright finish. The original rear ladder sight is still present, but a Swedish Soderin micrometer diopter target sight, and a “+250” marked target front blade have been installed. There is a small, unobtrusive import stamp present on the underside of the barrel. The stock is in fine overall condition with only some minor handling marks and minor surface blemishes scattered about the original military oil finish. The brass stock disk is no longer present, and a blued, unnumbered cleaning rod is included.
