The metal surfaces retain 99% plus original high polish blue that has no visible signs of wear. The jeweled bolt remains bright. It has a Pre 64 controlled feed style extractor and MOA trigger.
The select grade checkered walnut stock rates like new as well and features an ebony forend tip, blued crossbolt, Super Grade swivels bases, a capped pistolgrip, cheek rest with accent line and a solid rubber recoil pad. The wood has some fantastic figure in the butt.
The original red factory box is included and contains the manual and cable lock. Although this is a late production rifle it still shows the classic style and quality features of the original pre-64 vintage Model 70's and is in like-new-in-box condition to boot.
