Savage model 99 takedown in 250-3000 Savage.Built around 1916,this rifle has a 22" barrel with an excellent bore.It has the correct checkered trigger,cartridge counter,cocking indicator,crescent buttplate,and a perch belly stock.It retains 85% of the original blue and wood finish.The wood is sound with scattered handling marks and one tiny hairline crack at the top left of the receiver.The lever still retains case colors and operates smoothly.A solid early 99 in a desireable caliber.C&R eligible.
