Description:
Colt Dragoon, 3rd Model, black powder revolving handgun, replica. Chambers .44 BP loaded in a 6-shot cylinder and a 7-1/2 inch barrel. Receiver is case hardened along with the packing rod. The barrel and the front part of the receiver are blued. The trigger guard, front sight and grip strap are brass. Solid smooth wood grip plates. Cylinder is blued and smooth, nicely engraved throughout, nipple appear to have not been used. Minor revolving marks on the cylinder. Displayed nicely in a burgandy felt lined, hardwood case with lock and key, and no glass. Overall condition is excellent.
