Here's a rarity, both history and serial #'s! These 2 Winchester model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbines are being sold as a set. They are serial #833273 & 833274. These were issued to the Hilo Hawaii Police Department. Both manufactured in 1918 and both are 30 WCF. Both have the same amount of wear, silvered receivers from hard use in Hilo and the barrels have some remaing blue toward the receiver. The bore on #833274 is bright & shiney. The bore on #833273 is not quite as bright, but still has very good rifling. The wood is good and tight on both 1894's. Typical use and handling mars for a police department in the early 1900's. The previous owner lived in Hawaii and kept these in very good shape for the environment there. The actions work great on both. Email with any questions or for additional pictures.
