Churchill Hercules 20 ga., 25" barrels feature the signature Churchill rib marked XXV in gold. 2-3/4" chambers, improved cylinder and modified, auto ejectors, double triggers. Full self-opening action engraved in a beautiful English scroll. The floorplated marked "Hercules Finest Quality". Straight English stock and splinter forend of contrasting color and grain measures 1-1/2" comb, 2" heel, 14-1/2" LOP to a checkered butt. The gun retains 100% original finish including fabulous case colors and appears that it may be unfired. The Hercules model is seldom seen and features the Smith-type self-opening system thought by many to be the smoothest self-opening mechanism ever designed. A true featherweight at 5 lbs, 5 oz. Cased in original canvas and leather case with maker's trade label.
