Cased Fleam. It is 2 ¼-inches long and marked SNOWDEN on the front and is very nicely nickel plated. It is in well preserve red leather covered case with a brass hook latch on the front. The case is lined with green velvet. The case measures 3 by 1 3/8 inches. A hard to fine medical and civil war collectable.
