Description:
24" octagon barrel with full magazine. Lyman white-insert blade front sight and buckhorn rear sight. Lightly figured walnut stock with straight grip and crescent buttplate. Engraved within a scrolled banner on left side of receiver: James V. Latham --- Texas Rangers. Mfd 1892. Mostly smooth brown patina, but with traces of original blue on receiver and 50% blue on bolt.
