Description:
29 3/4" SxS damascus barrels with smooth concave rib and doll's head extension choked skeet & improved cylinder. 14 1/2"pull from front trigger to checkered butt finished with engraved heel & toe plates. 1 3/4" - 2 1/2" drop. Figured walnut stock with Deeley-release splinter forend with horn tip inlay, straight English grip, classic point-pattern checkering, teardrops, and vacant silver oval. Scroll engraved sidelock action with rebounding hammers and safety built into front of the triggerguard. Weight: 6lbs, 11 1/2oz. Built ca 1890. 85% barrel brown. Receiver mostly silvered with traces original casehardening colors in protected areas. Excellent bores. Tight on the frame. London reproofed for 70mm (2 3/4") nitro cartridges in 1999. In maker's leather-trimmed canvas-covered trunk case with trade label.
