Description:
A percussion carbine manufactured by American Machine Works Poultney & Trimble. A high cond carbine with case colors remaining on the frame. Darkening with age and has a nice antique look. Bbl has most blue. Bore is near excellent. Nice tight lock up. Wood is way above average. Nice fitting with several usage marks and a very nice cartouche. Forearm also is very nice. A very good Civil War example.
