Original catalog company Holster and belt. This wide Mexican single loop holster was made for a mail order company. You can see the catalog numbers 852 over the numbers 26 on the skirt of the holster. This holster was shop made and hand laced along the main seam. The workmanship is good, but not that of shops like Heiser and others. A typical Mexican loop style with a concho and nickel spots added to a uniquely cut loop. It fits a 1873 Colt Single Action Army, 5 1/2 inch or 4 3/4 inch barrel. The leather is fully alive and would give a century of service or displaying with your Colt. The belt is also a catalog company item, made of medium weight leather. It has 35 bullet loops that hold .38 Long Colt cartridges or .32 WCF cartridges equally as well. All the bullet loops are tight with all stitching intact. The belt measure 38 inches from the buckle to the center hole. My cartridges and Colt are not included.
