Payment Types Accepted: Visa,Master Card, Discover,Check Description: If this Luger could talk it would have several stories to tell. It is a typical police rework from the early 1930's. The receiver was originally from an Artillery Luger (rear sight notch on receiver top). The frame was original from a 1908 commercial (52,xxx serial number and no stock lug). Guns were in short supply after WWI and during the Weimar period so police had to make their weapons by reworking existing guns. This example has a police marked (TP) 4 inch barrel, sear safety, and two matching Hanel Schmeisser broad arrow marked police proofed magazines. To complete the "rig" it has a take down loading tool that is numbered to the gun and a 1941 dated Otto Sindel police holster, also numbered to the gun. It would be hard to find a more complete original police rig that probably saw service by the Nazi police from the start to the finish of WWII. PRICE: $4,250 2% discount for cash or check payment.
