Description:
Cal 52 RF. Joslyn's were a bit unique as they had a pivoting breech block for easy loading. A pretty decent gun that has aged to a light brown/grey color on the bbl and breech assembly. Side plate has nice markings but has been cleaned. These came with brass furniture including bbl band, trigger guard and buttplate. All in very nice cond. Wood is very nice overall. Has been lightly cleaned and a coat of oil has been added a long time ago. Everything is nice and tight including the swivel breech. Everything works well. Also a good bore. Another good example of different Civil War weapons that were used.
