Description:
Manufactured in 1894, this nice early example of a Winchester Model 1892 has a 24", round barrel with a plum and brown patina over most of its surface. This gun features a 10-round magazine, a forend cap, a crescent buttplate, and an original 1884 patented rear peep sight. The wood appears to have had finish added over the original surface at some point in its life. Overall, this is an excellent example of an early Winchester 1892.
