PRE-BAN, .223 VALMET M-71S SEMI-AUTOMATIC.The receiver, forward of the charging handle is stamped: M71/S .223 REM SEMI AUTOMATIC RIFLE. The left side is stamped: VALMET MADE IN FINLAND above the pistol grip, and the serial number is stamped: No 151346 on the side of the receiver. The Barrel ends in a MILITARY TRIDENT PICKLEFORK FLASH SUPPRESSOR designed specifically to be used to cut both barbed wire and razor wire. One merely locked up a strand of wire between the tangs of the fork, twisted slightly for tension, and pulled the trigger. The shoulder stock is made from dark Walnut, and pistol grip and fore-stock are a military synthetic. This assorted material furniture are with NO cracks, chips,scratches. This Valmet has the military, flip-up adjustable barrel sights, a glowing in a semi-circle, and the sight base is adjustable as well.
