Description:
This is a pre 64 Winchester Model 70 rifle in .30-06 that was made in 1949. The matte finished receiver is in Very Good condition with some wear on the bolt knob. The bottom metal has some scratches on the floor plate and some blue wear on the trigger guard. The 24 inch barrel shows some blue wear at the muzzle. The front hooded bead sight on a ramp is included, but the rear sight has been removed and is missing. The stock has no major dents or gouges but shows a lot of finish wear. This rifle comes with a Bushnell Sportview 4X32 scope in Leupold mounts on Weaver style bases. The scope and mounts are included in the price of the rifle and will not be removed and the rifle repriced without them.
