K.D. Radcliffe 2 Inch Boxlock Ejector, circa 1946, 5 lbs. 10 oz.. 12 bore, ejectors, 2" chambers with a rare original triple proof of 1 1/8 oz., original 27" fluid steel barrels choked .012 IC and .019 Mod., restocked in 1960's to 1 1/2" DAC, 2" DAH, 1/8" cast off, an amazing 16 3/8" LOP over a checkered butt, double triggers, straight grip, splinter forend, boxlock action with very nice English scroll engraving and "K.D. Radcliffe Ltd." on both sides of action, removable hinge pin with set screw, automatic safety, ejectors, concave game rib engraved "K.D. Radcliffe Ltd. Colchester", stock oval with initials "TGCH" engraved. Excellent condition with about 50% original case colors remaining, a one family gun just in from England that when was handed down to a son who was rather tall, it was restocked to this incredible length of pull, bores are at .729 and .731, min. barrel wall thickness at .021 and .022. Gun is tight with top lever well right of center, forend has one small area of compressed checkering points.
