Model 19-3 Serial number 7K3681 was produced in 1974. It has a 4" ribbed and pinned barrel and is in wonderful condition. I would rate a strong 99%. Gun has never been fired. There's just a hint of a scuff at the muzzle. Grips are perfect. Simply the best.
