Description:
A very rare A.H.Fox Sterlingworth Trap Grade 12ga.Built in 1927 according to the factory letter,this gun has 32" barrels choked full (.043") and full (.043").It retains at least 70% of the original case colors and 98% of the original blue and wood finish.The gun has a pistol grip stock,double triggers,extractors,and a splinter forend.The wood is sound with no cracks or handling marks.The stock dimensions are 14"LOP,11/2" at comb,and 23/4" at heel.The top lever is to the right of center indication that the gun has been shot very little.The bores are birght with no dents,rust,or pitting.The chambers are 3" and appear to be original.A rare and collectible Fox that would make a great pheasant,duck,turkey or vintage clays gun.C&R eligible.
