Model 1898 Krag carbine for sale. Low 6 digit S/N. 318XXX- cartouche shows 1901. 30/40 caliber. Mint condition. Very-very-very nice. Perfect cartouche, very nice blued metal, excellent wood, perfect bore and mechanics. Only 5000 made. I can't explain how nice this one is. Maybe your only chance for one this nice. Best I have ever seen. Highly collectible. One of the Holy Grails for Springfield collectors. I also have a very nice 1895 carbine and many others for sale.
