SOLD *** Carl Zeiss’ Very High-End JENA Riflescope 4x, 1” tube, Zeiss #3 reticle
Very Fine to Excellent
ZF 4x32 – M- DDR Scope: Made in Austria. Magnification is 4x; Effective objective lens diameter - 32mm; Exit pupil - 7mm; Field of view at 100 yds, 30 feet; Eye relief - 80mm; These are “the great Zeiss German lenses” that created the Zeiss reputation for clarity. Alluminum construction. Diameter eyepiece 39mm, length 10.8 inches; Weight 13.6 oz.
Condition of the scope is near excellent with a couple of light ring marks not through the finish. Optics are perfect and “Crystal Clear.” Focus ring and sight turret adjustments work smoothly.
Reticle is Zeiss #3 (similar to #4 without the fine vertical and horizontal lines) --bold right, left, and bottom frame arrows, perfect for heavy game.
To demonstrate this scope’s quality -- it came off a 1973 vintage Holland & Holland Modele Deluxe .375 H&H Mauser Takedown rifle – just about as high-end as is out there.
